Coalville Amazon depot needs 1,000 more staff for Christmas

Amazon has said it needs another 1,000 staff at one of its largest distribution centres to cope with the festive period.

The firm already employs hundreds of workers at its site in Coalville, Leicestershire, which is the size of 19 football pitches.

The company allowed cameras inside to give a rare glimpse behind the scenes of its 1m sq ft site (93,000 sq m) depot.
