Mystery Nottingham 'whooshing' noise captured on tape

A mysterious whooshing noise that has been compared to that made by a jet engine or hot air balloon has been waking Nottingham residents in the middle of the night.

This sound clip of the noise was recorded by a Wollaton resident at about 03:00 BST on Saturday.
