Skegness: Beach buggy lets two-year-old enjoy the sea
A two-year-old boy with cerebral palsy has been able to go into the sea for the first time.
Joey, from Sheffield, was able to experience the sea at Skegness due to a specialised wheelchair.
The boy's family rented the water-resistant chair from charity BeachAbility.
