Pathologist Freddy Patel: Families call for inquiry
Four families whose dead relatives were examined by a discredited pathologist have called for a public inquiry.
Dr Freddy Patel was recently struck off the medical register for making serious mistakes in the case of Ian Tomlinson, who died during the G20 protests.
The families say mistakes were also made when doing post mortem examinations of their relatives while Professor Sebastian Lucas, a senior pathologist, says the problem might be more widespread.
