Battle for London's Christmas shoppers begins

The battle to attract Christmas shoppers is well under way after Westfield Stratford invited singer Rihanna to switch on their lights and London Mayor Boris Johnson ventured into the West End to publicise Car Free Saturday.

BBC London's Robin Punt finds out if it will all be enough to encourage shoppers to venture into town rather than shop online.
