Segregate cyclists from London traffic, doctor urges

Tom Konig is a cyclist and a doctor with the London Air Ambulance.

This year alone he has attend 58 serious cycling accidents this year where riders have received the most serious of injuries.

Many of the cyclists have suffered life changing injuries and he believes more investment is required to segregate cyclists from traffic.

Dr Konig also questions whether the mayor of London's cycling superhighways are safe, particularly at night.
