Jobs and cuts high on agenda in Croydon North

The people of Croydon North go to the polls on Thursday to elect a new member of parliament.

The by-election was called after the death of Labour MP Malcolm Wicks. With issues such as the riots, unemployment and cuts to local services high on the agenda, it is proving to be a keenly-contested race.
