School shortages 'to get worse' says London Councils

The shortage of school places across London is expected to get worse, London Councils has said.

The pressure group said 118,000 places needed to be created in the next four years.

Bob Garton, head teacher of Gascoigne Primary School, said the school's space had declined over the last five years while London Mayor Boris Johnson said space is being found for new schools to be built.
