Marble Arch 'campsite' risk as Romanian homeless return
A year ago a group of Romanians were sleeping rough in Park Lane.
After reports of begging and anti-social behaviour the police and UK Border Agency (UKBA) moved many back to their homeland.
Now, some of them have returned and Westminster Council is calling for a change in the law. One councillor said there was a risk of Marble Arch being turned into a "campsite".
BBC London's Gareth Furby talks to Westminster Council's head of rough sleeping Nik Ward, Insp Ian Hicks of the Met Police, councillor Nickie Aiken of Westminster Council, rough sleeper Cotsea Ciprian and Nicholae Ratiu of the Romanian Cultural Centre.
