Female genital mutilation: Call to end practice

More than 6,000 girls in London are at risk of female genital mutilation.

One victim describes how painful the tradition is while Juliet Albert from African Well Woman's Clinic says more needs to be done to prevent the abuse.

Lynne Featherstone, minister for international development, says although the practice is illegal, prosecution is not the only answer.
