'Entrapment' at parking 'super-bays'

Three "super-bay" parking spaces in London's West End have made the council nearly £300,000 in six months from fines.

Parking campaigners say it is because Westminster Council has failed to display clear signs, leaving motorists confused and out of pocket.

BBC London's Marc Ashdown spoke to chauffeur Ha Saimi Betim and Paul Pearson from penaltychargenotice.co.uk.
