Concern over rough sleeping gypsies

Westminster Council says it has spent hundreds of thousands of pounds trying to resolve the issue of Roma gypsies sleeping rough on the streets of central London.

The authority even paid for one-way bus tickets back to Romania but many returned within just a few weeks.

Anti-social behaviour orders have also been issued to ban them from the borough. But is it working? BBC London's Guy Smith reports.
