London bus operators 'crash for cash' fraud warning

London's bus operators have said they are concerned at the number of "crash for cash" fraudulent claims being made against them.

Those involved deliberately drive into buses and claim for whiplash.

Claims have also been made for injuries when the offender's car is hit and they are not in it.
