London Mayor Boris Johnson says cycle superhighways here to stay
London Mayor Boris Johnson has said "one death is one too many" after a woman became the fourth cyclist to be killed on the city's roads in eight days.
The woman was killed in a crash with a lorry at Bow Roundabout at 08:45 GMT, the third fatality there since 2011.
Speaking to BBC London's Tim Donovan Mr Johnson said he is committed to improving safety for cyclists but said the cycle superhighways will remain.
