Increase in cyclists' injuries on London's roads

The rate of cycling deaths or injuries on London's roads has increased since 2010, according to figures from Transport for London.

The number of killed or seriously injured cyclists per million journeys was 2.37 in 2010, however by 2012 the number rose to 3.17.
