Barts Health NHS Trust staff 'being bullied'
Staff members at all levels and across all sites of England's largest hospital trust have expressed concerns about being bullied, a report by Care Quality Commission (CQC) has found.
The CQC found "staff morale was low" at hospitals run in central and east London by the Barts Health NHS Trust.
A Barts Health NHS Trust spokeswoman said the report was "tough but fair".
BBC London's Karl Mercer spoke to Matthew Trainer from the CQC, Dr Steve Ryan, medical director of Barts Health NHS Trust, former Whipps Cross staff member Charlotte Monro and patient Sameena Sheikh.
