Mayor's plans to stop driving in high pollution dropped

This week, as dust from the Sahara has been making the capital's poor air quality even worse, BBC London reports London Mayor Boris Johnson's plans to stop people driving during high pollution have been dropped.

Campaigners have criticised the move as a missed opportunity. BBC London's Environment Correspondent Tom Edwards spoke to Simon Birkett from Clean Air for London and the mayor.
