Children in London 'abhorrently failed' by social services

There have been calls to radically change the way vulnerable children are cared for in London.

A new promotional video by children's' charity Kids Company has been released, while a report by the Centre for Social Justice has highlighted a system under huge pressure - with some children being "abhorrently failed" by social services.

BBC London's Nick Beake spoke to one young Londoner, Becci, Alex Burghart from the Centre for Social Justice and Sir Keir Starmer QC, the former director of public prosecutions.
