Could losing the "stigma" of long-term renting revolutionise housing in London?

Patricia Brown, who chairs the London Festival of Architecture, thinks enabling people to rent better properties for longer periods could be a solution to the capital's housing crisis.

She believes adopting a European attitude to renting could take the pressure off the market.
