London Mets take on Essex Arrows as baseball grows

The London Mets are playing the Essex Arrows this weekend in the National Baseball Finals at Farnham Park in south Buckinghamshire.

The big game comes at a time where there are now more adult teams playing baseball in the UK than at any other time in the last 20 years.

London Met players Josh Rapaport and Sam Sproule talk to the BBC's Emma Jones about the game while Baseball Softball UK joint CEO John Boyd explains how he envisages the sport will continue to grow in popularity.
