London faces 'critical' shortage of London nurses

London is facing a "critical" shortage of nurses according to the Royal College of Nursing, which says eight 8,000 posts in the capital are unfilled: a vacancy rate of 14%.

Some of the shortfall is due to the creation of extra nursing jobs over the last year.

Political Correspondent Karl Mercer talks to Bernell Bussue from the Royal College of Nursing, Helen McCutcheon from the Florence Nightingale School of Nursing at King's College London, and Jonathan Hayton and Jessica Bains, student nurses at King's College London.
