Met Police to have body cameras by 2016

It is hoped the cameras will be effective in gathering evidence, particularly in domestic violence cases.

In this report by BBC London's Guy Smith, the force's commissioner Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe explains how the cameras will be of benefit.
