Met Police launches road safety team

The UK's largest single policing command has been created in the capital to focus on preventing congestion and crashes on London's roads.

More than 2,300 officers will work with Transport for London as part of the Met Police's Roads and Transport Policing Command.

BBC London's transport correspondent Tom Edwards spoke to Insp Titus Hale and Cmdr Stephen Watson from the Met Police, and London Mayor Boris Johnson.
