How NHS London deals with winter pressure

In the first of a series on London healthcare, BBC London political correspondent Karl Mercer speaks to those feeling the strain, including nurse Eugene Maynard; Andrew Rees, from the Liberty Road Practice; receptionist Lucy Dogley-Darani; and pharmacist Rubinder Authi.
