CCTV shows jeweller chase armed thieves with bat

Dramatic CCTV pictures show the moment a shop owner chased two thieves armed with axes out of his London jewellery store during a smash-and-grab raid.

Mark Guess fought back with a baseball bat after the robbers burst into the family-run business in Twickenham on Monday afternoon.

They took tens of thousands of pounds worth of watches and jewellery.
