Election 2015: How the Lib Dems became a 'solo act'

BBC London's Karl Mercer looks at the aftermath of a bad night for the Liberal Democrats in the General Election across the capital.

The Tories took three Lib Dem seats in south-west London and Labour took three in the inner London seats.

Labour's Neil Coyle acknowledged Lib Dem's Simon Hughes' three decades of hard work in Bermondsey and Old Southwark, after winning his seat.

And the Tories held Labour off in key seats, such as Battersea, Harrow and Finchley.
