Chelsea Pensioners awarded France's Legion D'Honneur

Nineteen Chelsea Pensioners have been awarded France's highest military honour for their contribution during World War Two.

The French government awarded the pensioners the Legion D'Honneur in recognition of the selfless acts they displayed during the Normandy landings.
