'Renters are hit hardest' in London's housing crisis
Spiralling housing costs are forcing people out of inner London, according to a report by the Centre for London thinktank.
It says the combination of high property prices and rising rents means public sector workers can no longer afford to live near the centre of the capital.
BBC London's Alex Bushill talked to Shaneika Nicholas, a parent who until recently was spending half her income on rent.
He also spoke to Sam Sims at the Centre for London and Rosie Walker at the Renters' Rights Lonson campaign group.
