Black Lives Matter protest marches through London

Hundreds of people took to London's streets in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.

The demonstration met on the Southbank and went past the Houses of Parliament to Oxford Circus.

Many shouted "Hands up, don't shoot" as they carried banners through the capital.

The march is in response to the fatal shootings of Philando Castile and Alton Sterling by police in America.
