London Fire Brigade commissioner wants more female firefighters
Danny Cotton is the first female commissioner in London Fire Brigade's 150 years history.
She joined the brigade as an 18-year-old back in 1988.
Just 7% of London's fire service are women. The new commissioner wants to change that.
One of her main concerns is a chemical attack.
She wants London's fire brigade to be better prepared than it currently is for the possibility for such an attack.
