Trellick Tower: Life in London's high rises

Since the Grenfell tower fire - attention has also been focused on the estimated 700,000 or so Londoners who live in high rises.

BBC London has spent a week meeting the residents of one of the capital's first residential blocks: Trellick Tower.

In the first of the series, we hear from Chris Paulsen, who has lived in the building for more than 40 years.
