Fly-tipping in London: Is it getting worse?

In London, Harrow Council said it is dealing with hundreds of callouts every day to deal with the mess left by fly-tippers.

Similarly, Ealing and Wandsworth Councils have both seen a sharp rise in fly-tipping over the last year.

The authorities have reminded residents they could face prosecution if they do not double-check who is picking up their rubbish.
