Life as a carer: 'You don't have time to eat or sleep'

Sefali Dhani, 51, from Hounslow, has been looking after her parents since she was a young girl.

But until recently she was not aware of the help she could receive by becoming officially recognised as an unpaid carer.

She shared her story with BBC London as part of National Carers' Week.
