'I thought I had long Covid, but it was cancer'

Alison Griffiths thought she was coughing because of the effects of long Covid, but she was later diagnosed with terminal lung cancer.

The 45-year-old grandmother is now urging people to see their GP if they experience similar symptoms.

"I'm so, so sorry I didn't get it checked sooner," she said.
