Kwajo Tweneboa describes himself as a social housing activist.

He says his own experience of living with damp, mould and vermin has made him want to fight for others.

He's trying to help social housing tenants get better living conditions by sharing their stories online and helping them to contact politicians.

He says hundreds of people from around the UK have contacted him for assistance.
