Footage shows arrest and detention of a man accused of shooting police officer in custody

Footage released by the Metropolitan police shows the arrest and detention of Louis De Zoysa.

He denies murdering police officer Sgt Matiu Ratana in a Croydon custody centre in September 2020.

The video evidence was shown to the jury at De Zoysa’s trial, which is taking place at Northampton Crown Court.
