Hunstanton man rebuilding stone wall swept away in surge

A man who saw 20 years of hard labour destroyed by December's big tidal surge has started to build a stone sea wall all over again.

Michael Kennedy, 76, had built a 10ft (3m) wall by carrying rocks and stones from the beach to the cliff at Hunstanton, Norfolk.

He said his efforts - and gym substitute - were aimed at helping to protect the eroding cliff face.
