Luke Brown's hoax bomb call released by police

A recording has been released of a hoax bomb threat made by a teenager who wanted to get his brother off work early.

Luke Brown, 18, of Arnold Miller Road, Norwich, called 999 to say a bomb would go off at the city's Castle Mall, where his brother worked at Burger King.

He was jailed for six months in a young offenders' institution at Norwich Crown Court on Friday and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80.

He had earlier admitted communicating false information about a bomb hoax.
