'Driver rams family car on A140' footage under review
Dash-cam footage of an incident which saw a motorist drive into a car carrying two children is under review.
The video was captured by Jonathan Steward when he was travelling with his son and daughter on the A140 between Diss and Norwich.
It shows the driver of a Ford car stop in the middle of the road before driving off, performing a U-turn and then driving straight at Mr Steward's vehicle.
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) initially threw out the case but an appeal was made. The CPS said it needed more time to consider it.
Mr Steward, from Norwich, said the incident caused £4,000 damage to his BMW X5 and left his daughter Holly, 10, "petrified".
The incident happened on 16 September but Mr Steward appealed a decision by the CPS not to consider the case in February.
"You give them dash-cam footage, you give them all the evidence. I wonder what it takes to get somebody prosecuted?
"It really upset my kids which is why I'm doing this," said Mr Steward.
The CPS said it needed another 28 days to review it.
