Armed officers were called and a police cordon put in place in a seaside town after a "serious incident".

Pictures showed an area closed around a Londis supermarket in St Peter's Road in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

Police vehicles were seen gathering near the seafront at about 15:00 GMT on Wednesday.
