Hot-air balloon rescuers to be honoured

Firefighters who rescued three people suspended from power lines when a hot-air balloon crashed are to be honoured.

Two men and a woman were trapped in the basket at a height of 15m (50ft) after the balloon crashed into power lines near Wellingborough in Northamptonshire.
