Woman in dressing gown confronts burglars

Police have released CCTV footage of a woman in a dressing gown being repeatedly punched in the face after confronting burglars who tried to steal her family's cars.

The men, described as white and in their 20s, took the keys to two vehicles but fled empty-handed.

The 56-year-old was punched six times after she ran after the two men as they were leaving her home in Neale Avenue, Kettering, Northamptonshire.
