East Anglia dairy farmers' concern as milk prices cut
East Anglia's small dairy farmers are warning that cut-price milk promotions in supermarkets could put them out of business.
At the moment retailers are funding price cuts out of their own profits but farmers fear that ultimately they could be paid a lot less money per litre.
At Northamptonshire's only dairy farm where milk is processed on site, farmer Gerald Bailey said low milk prices at Tesco and Morrison's were a threat to the country's dairy industry.
