MP David Mackintosh declines to comment over campaign payments
The MP for Northampton South, David Mackintosh, has declined to answer questions from BBC Look East in relation to payments made to his campaign funds before the general election.
His local party received undeclared payments linked to a businessman involved in the redevelopment of Northampton Town's football stadium.
The matter is currently under investigation by the Conservatives.
