Paralympic sprinter Richard Whitehead trains for charity run
Paralympic gold medallist Richard Whitehead has started training for his latest charity challenge, called Richard Runs Britain.
The 200m-sprint winner from the London 2012 Paralympics will run from John O'Groats to Land's End by completing the equivalent of at least a marathon every day for 40 days.
He has been training in his home county of Nottinghamshire by running from Wollaton in Nottingham to the city's Market Square.
