Hairdryer gran: 'I will blow the country's cobwebs away'

Jean Brooks, whose attempts to slow traffic on her street with a hairdryer have gone viral, says she is on a mission to shake up the country.

She went to vote holding her hairdryer, calling on people to make a difference to communities by showing consideration for neighbours.
