Driver appears to force 'distraught' woman off coach in Nottingham

Coach company National Express has apologised after a driver apparently tried to force a woman off a service.

The driver was filmed pushing and pulling at the passenger at a stop near Nottingham railway station, with witnesses saying the woman was "visibly distraught" after an altercation over an e-ticket.
