Films and TV benefit Oxfordshire economy
Films and television series shot in Oxfordshire provide an important boost for the local economy, according to agencies.
TV and film agency Creative England said a major feature film could bring in as much as £32,000 a day as well as creating jobs.
It said a prime time television drama could bring in more than £1.5m over the duration of the shoot.
The benefits of the shoots can also last long afterwards, tourism bosses said, by putting film locations on the map.
