Patrol helps toads cross busy road

Each year during migration season Henley Toad Patrol helps the amphibians cross a busy Oxfordshire road at dusk.

The volunteers put the toads waiting at a temporary barrier into buckets and carry them across the A4155 Henley to Marlow Road.

They are then placed in a large pond - safe and sound.
