Thames Valley Police 'has spoken to' sandwich-littering officer

A police force says it has spoken to an officer who was filmed being shouted at for discarding sandwich crusts on the ground.

The officer, who says in the video he is based at Witney station in Oxfordshire, was confronted by an angry man after he was caught littering.

He picks up his rubbish after being berated for more than two minutes.

Thames Valley Police said the officer had been "given a chance to reflect on their actions and learn from them".
